We are pleased to announce The French Ministry of Higher Education and Research (Ministère de l’Enseignement supérieur et de la Recherche, MESR) has recognised BioAdvice A/S as an official Research Organisation.

Companies may be granted a research tax credit based on their research and technological development («R&D») expenditures according to Article 244 quarter B of the French Fiscal code. The corresponding activities may be entrusted to organisations or experts approved beforehand by the ministry for research.

This approval represents a recognition of our company’s research and development and allows us to offer our customers access to the Research Tax Credit (CIR - Crédit Impôt Recherche) for eligible projects. By using our services, French companies may reduce their R&D costs by the Research Tax Credit [1]. The tax incentive is meant to encourage research and development activities, pushing innovation forward.

BioAdvice A/S has worked as a preclinical CRO accredited by the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research for Research Tax Credits (CIR) for more than 4 years. Our current CIR accreditation is valid until December 2019.
