BioAdvice A/S has been expanding its activities over a number of years and is now seeking a Sales and Marketing Director with experience within the pharmaceutical industry and/or preclinical CRO to assist our continuous expansion.

BioAdvice is a preclinical contract research organization (CRO) located in excellent facilities in the heart of Medicon Valley only 30 minutes drive from Copenhagen International Airport. The company has served the pharmaceutical industry and biotech companies for more than 10 years. It has GLP and GMP authorization, laboratories and animal facilities.

Our prime qualifications are qualified advice concerning studies, fast and flexible implementation of protocols, performance of studies and issue of reports to assist and save time for the R&D departments. Important qualifications for a candidate are:

• Documented experience and results as Manager of a relevant organization such as Manager of outsourcing for a major medical company or Manager for a preclinical CRO of international seize.
• Experience in preclinical services for the pharmaceutical industry and/or biotech.
• Extrovert personality experienced in and having a constructive consultative dialogue with clients.
• Experience as speaker on conferences and a list of publications on animal studies published in qualified journals.
• International experience and English on a high level.
• Masters degree in Human or Veterinary Medicine, Human Biology, Pharmacy or similar.

BioAdvice is a successful preclinical contract research organization (CRO) located in excellent facilities in the heart of Medicon Valley only 30 minutes drive from Copenhagen International Airport. The company has served the pharmaceutical industry for more than 10 years and has GLP and GMP authorization, laboratories and facilities for mice, rats, rabbits, guinea pigs, pigs, minipigs and dogs. Our prime qualifications are qualified advice concerning studies, fast and flexible implementation of protocols, performance of studies and issue of reports to assist and save time for the R&D departments.

Important qualifications for a candidate are:

• Qualified and approved veterinary doctor in Denmark.
• Experience in preclinical services for the pharmaceutical industry.
• Extrovert personality active in a consultative dialogue with clients.
• Experience as speaker on conferences and a list of publications on animal studies published in qualified journals.
• International experience and English on a high level.
• Management experience.
• Age between 35 and 50 years.

BioAdvice A/S søger en dyrepasser til tiltrædelse snarest. BioAdvice er en kontraktforskningsvirksomhed i Ølstykke, som udfører dyreeks- perimentelle studier på kontrakt for inden- og udenlandske farmaceutiske og biotech virksomheder. Vi har også laboratorium til hæmatologiske og klinisk kemiske undersøgelser.

Arbejdsopgaver

Arbejdsopgaverne består i dosering og blodprøvetagning på minigrise, store grise, hunde, kaniner, mus og rotter samt pasning af dyrene og assistance ved mindre operationer. Til grundlag for opgaverne foreligger forsøgsprotokoller og dataark. Vi er kendt hos kunderne for vores fleksibilitet, hvilket også stiller krav til personalets fleksibilitet med hensyn til arbejdsopgaver og undertiden også arbejdstider. Overarbejde vil kunne afspadseres. Til gengæld kan vi byde på et motiverende, spændende og afvekslende arbejdsmiljø i en lille virksomhed i vækst.

Kvalifikationer

Der lægges vægt på, at ansøgeren er uddannet dyrepasser med interesse for arbejde med forsøgsdyr og kursus i forsøgsdyrskundskab. Gode samarbejdsevner er vigtige både for relationer til kolleger, kunder og leverandører. Arbejdet stiller krav til en god fysik (løft af bl.a. minigrise) og lyst til faglig udvikling. Kendskab til EDB på almindeligt brugerniveau. Kendskab til GLP og GMP er ønskeligt, men ikke noget krav.
